Peter has been the owner and director of a highly successful building design and drafting business since 1985, having studied an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting in 1980. Growing up in the Moreton Bay region, and living on the Sunshine Coast for the past 25 years, he has invaluable local expertise and relationships with local councils and communities.
His immaculate eye for detail, extensive knowledge of construction methodology, and incredibly high standards, together with his competitive pricing structure and desire to provide all clients with a premium service and design result, have resulted in a large, loyal client base of builders, developers and everyday renovators who do most of his advertising for him.
Adrian Low

Senior Designer

Adrian is the Office Manager at Strathpine Design and Drafting, as well as the company's senior designer/draftsperson. Like Peter, he grew up in the local Moreton Bay area and still lives on Brisbane's northside with his family. His wealth of experience, garnered from working for the past two decades in Brisbane's building design and drafting sector, attention to detail, and dedicated yet personable approach, enable him to organise the majority of the office's projects while still working on his own.
Adrian works on drafting projects that span all facets of residential building design, renovation work, and commercial development, however, he currently specialises in childcare centres and multi-residential developments. He has a particular talent for finding creative, innovative, yet practical solutions for all kinds of difficult projects or design issues.
Malcolm Burt

Draftsperson

- 15+ years building design and drafting industry experience
Malcolm obtained his Diploma of Building Design and Technology at the Southbank Institute of Technology, before commencing work in Architectural Drafting in 2007. He joined the Strathpine Design and Drafting team in 2021, and has brought with him a wealth of experience gained from working within multiple fast-paced drafting offices.
Malcolm has also brought a fresh approach to the drafting and design process, as well as a tremendous skillset to the SD&D office.

Brodie Gardner
Draftsperson

New to the SD&D team in 2023, Brodie is a qualified residential building designer and draftsperson. His energy and drive, along with his experience working within the construction industry, have made him an invaluable member of the team!
Billy Morris
Junior
Draftsperson
Billy joined the team in 2022, and has recently completed a Dual Diploma in Building Design and Interior Design at the Southbank Institute of Technology. He is eager to put the skills learned at TAFE into practice since finalising his qualifications.
Paula Adamson
Executive Assistant &
Administration Officer
Paula has previously worked in the local council's building services department, so has extensive knowledge of all aspects of architectural administration. She oversees the accounts, and all other administrative elements of the business.
